This hotel is fantastic - the location is perfect, right in the center of this city, so close to the town center and next to the golf course. In addition, it's very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I also loved the hotel facilities, especially the swimming pool, and the breakfast was great!
Nothing that I didn't like.

Apart from the wonderful location, there was nothing to like about our stay at this hotel. We were treated badly from start to finish and one wonders why this hotel merits the five star status that it claims to have
We paid for a "de luxe double room with mountain view" and were shown what can only be described as a cupboard overloking the carpark. For an extra SWFr 100 we were offered the chance to upgrade to a mediocre room with a queen sized bed even though I had specifically requested a king sized bed. This room did have a mountain view but the furnishings were very tired and outdated, as is indeed the entire hotel. The staff was uncooperative and disinterested in our indignation at being treated in this way. The Director of the hotel said that we had no recourse because we had used an internet booking service as opposed to booking directly with the hotel. As far as we are concerned this hotel is a disgrace to the Swiss tourist industry.

The room had a good view and was quite comfortable.
The staff were a bit offhand. The decor is dreadful. It is too expensive and as a result hardly anyone was staying there. As a result the breakfast was a bit basic, although ok. The Managers allow a dog and a cat to wander around at will, which we did not think was very appropriate. We had to pay extra for internet access.

The breakfast was good with a range of delicious pastries and omelets. the location was great as it was in a central part of the city and close to public transportation.
The hotel was a disappointment. the rooms were outdated and the furniture was worn and uncomfortable.

Everything except the food at the restaurant
The dinner at the restaurant was very very poor. It did not meet our expectations

the room was spacious and had an exclusive balcony that offered stunning views of the snow, capped mountains. the Spa & wellness centre and sauna gave me a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
It was a minor issue, but I was looking forward to using it.

This hotel is situated in an incredible location on an immaculately maintained golf course. the restaurants in Le Chalet have a great atmosphere with amazing views of the surrounding area and the service is second to none. the rooms are comfortable and cozy with modern bathrooms. Breakfast options are plentiful with a wide selection of food and drink. the spa facilities are incredible and the indoor pool has a fantastic view.
The staff in the pool area could be more attentive to guests.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area with great views of the golf course. The spa was a nice touch to relax after a day of exploring. the restaurant offered delicious meals at a reasonable price.
The hotel was not within walking distance of the town and lacked proper transportation options. The room was outdated and in need of renovation.
